We live in troubled times. The crises keep compounding. The road looks rough ahead. We have worked for many years to understand what is called the global polycrisis. This time calls for resilience.
Resilience means the ability to recover from hard experiences. It’s the ability to respond in ways that make us stronger.
Physical resilience is one thing. Emotional, mental and spiritual resilience is another. We need all four.
Hard times call for wisdom, compassion and courage. The resilience that interests us evokes the best in us. We need each other. We won’t do well without community.
